
Jacie Wilcock is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who utilizes strength-based and solution-focused approaches to meet the needs of clients and their families. She provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Jacie has a Masters of Science in Counseling-Marriage & Family Therapy from University of Phoenix and has been practicing since 2013 at several San Diego county non-profit organizations, providing outpatient mental health treatment and school-based treatment. She has been able to work with school-age children at all stages as well as young adults and families. She has also worked with adult clients in an outpatient setting.
She is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilizes a variety of evidence-based practices in her clinical approach to providing therapy. Jacie is experienced in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral issues.
Outside of work, Jacie is a San Diego Padres fanatic and enjoys as much baseball as possible during the season. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Jacie also enjoys volunteering. She has volunteered for an organization focused on youth leadership and empowerment for over 25 years and credits this passion for her decision to pursue therapy as a profession. She learned that having someone who listens without judgment, provides support without strings, and encourages others to be their best is one of the greatest gifts you can give to a another person. As a therapist, Jacie strives to provide that gift for her clients and their families.
